Researcher at the Department Architecture: Renovation, Restoration, Faculty of Architecture, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands (since 2004).
Lecturer at Novosibirsk State Academy of Architecture and Fine Arts, Russia (since 2000).
Assistant in training (Promovendus) at the Faculty of Architecture of Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands (since 1999).
Secretary of the Russian Working Party for Documentation and Conservation of buildings, sites and neighbourhoods of the Modern Movement (DoCoMoMo).
Member of the Society of Architectural Historians (SAH) and the International Seminar on Urban Form (ISUF).

Has presented papers on Dutch and Russian architecture at international conferences (Moscow 1997, Yekaterinburg and Stockholm 1998, Novosibirsk 1999, Berlin and Brasilia 2000, Toronto and Cincinnati 2001, London and Edinburgh 2002, Berlin and Delft&Antwerp 2004). Took part in several international and regional seminars on Architectural History and Conservation.
Has published several articles about the theory of architecture and the history of Dutch and Russian architecture (amongst other a guide for Soviet Architecture in Novosibirsk).

Is collaborating in an extensive Russian-Dutch co-operation program concerning the restoration and future use of the Progressive Architectural Heritage in the Ural and Siberia with the support of the Dutch ministries of Education, Culture and Sciences and of Foreign Affairs.
